Subway - Randallstown

Doesn’t accept the mailed coupons that Subway sends. However they made a very neat sub- which is atypical.

Horrible customer service and total disregard for customers. Lack of consideration for community and I have witnessed first hand pattern of rude treatment towards African Americans.

I had a delivery part of my delivery was WRONG! I called to complain and he hung up on me! I will NEVER order from there again!

They were very helpful when I called to place my catering order for my event at and when I called to get an earlier delivery time it was no problem. I will be using them again for my next event.

Ordered a sub online. Made a mistake with my bread. Called right away to change my bread after placing the order. I was hung up on two times. He couldn’t understand what I was trying to say. Makes no sense to have somebody working that cannot understand a common change for a sandwich. Will not order from here again
