I have now tried many of Sushimania's (sushiart now) restaurants and I have been really surprised by the difference in quality. Even though the same pieces of sushi are made, the sushi from the shop in Randers Storcenter is consistently of a poorer quality than elsewhere. Crazy how big the difference can be from the store in Viborg, which I have tried many times, and then to this one. All sushimania's restaurants in Aalborg also make excellent sushi compared to this one. It is as if the sushi has been left out for a very long time and therefore does not look appetizing and does not taste good either. A shame when it is a more expensive meal. In addition, I also think that the staff are very rude and smile very little. Practice… So I would recommend readers to try the restaurant in Viborg instead. It is fantastic!
A truly unfortunate experience! The clerk chooses to cram 16 pieces of sushi into their smallest plastic tray, so that in the end it looks like a sausage man. In addition to the very sloppy presentation, the rice was overcooked and there was sand in the spring onions the sushi was decorated with.
Unfortunately, I have to say this is the last time I buy here. Have been quite satisfied previously but after a very dry session where I made contact and was recommended to send an email. This has been done twice in a week but still no answers. I see that as a lack of respect for me as a customer and my inquiry so no more business from my side. It was embarrassing to serve to parties.
