General Lee's Dawg Haus - Randolph

You have to try this place! The standout feature of this simple, quick local spot is definitely the staff. We stopped by for a bite to eat and were welcomed by a friendly young server who gave us menus to browse while we waited. The menu had so many options, but we eventually settled on hot dogs, which were generously sized with high-quality meat. We enjoyed our meal at one of the picnic tables outside on a lovely day. The restaurant itself was well-maintained, despite its age. After lunch, we had a nice chat with some other employees who were all very engaged in ensuring all customers were satisfied. It was great to see a business that values its employees and community. We treated ourselves to some ice cream before leaving, and we will definitely be back for another enjoyable experience. This restaurant is never open and the food is undercooked. It is also significantly overpriced for the quality of the dishes. It's a shame that it used to be better.

Excellent dogs. I'm a big fan of Chicago style, and they hit the mark. Friend got me there cause he loves the Junkyard dog. I'll be going back alot to try the rest of the menu!
