Mcdonald's - Randolph

Lobby closed and drive thru closed. Lobby has been closed for about a year now. Inconsistent.

Multiple times now, food has been completely wrong, burnt and it hard as a rock. Went back to have them fix it and not once but twice the same day they messed the order up again. Ordered coffee and it is never how I order it. Placing online orders is a nightmare and wait 10-15 min after it says it’s ready and chances are it’s wrong. Employees are rude and completely ignore customers standing in line to order. Avoid this McDonald’s at all costs if you can.

Fast and friendly service. Restaurant was clean and typical mcdonalds food.
