Lab Lae Bang Ben Kitchen - Ranong

Love this place! Hidden a bumpy street near the Pier National Park. At first I thought I had to go the wrong way, but fortunately I found myself a real jewel with the freshest, tasty seafood I had in a while in Thailand. The crab meats had huge pieces of perfectly cooked crabs and the combed seafood salad was also boiled directly. Add a smiling, welcoming staff and a sweet but serious watchdog. I'm sure I'm back here.

The restaurant is a bit hard to find. But the whole food is great. The seafood is really fresh. Recommended!

A must if you're in the area. The seafood is fresh and carefully cooked. The king prawns we ate were fried so that the meat was tender, and the bowl was light and crispy enough to eat completely, served on a bed of cabbage and covered with a sweet and sticky tamarind sauce. Their real speciality, however, is the seaweed. They land their own fresh seaweed in homemade water tanks in the restaurant. Nice to see a small family restaurant that cares so much about the quality of the ingredients. Do not expect a fast service, but it is worth it.
