We both devoured our food before we could remember to take pics?. The wait times are minimal. We waited just 5 minutes, and they walk you through how you'd like your food cuz there's actually a lot of options for each. Only down side were my refried beans. They were too salty. Also, when they say the red sauce it hot, they mean it's HOT. It's delicious, but be conservative and be prepared.
Supremely disappointing. I ordered a bean burrito with everything, no meat. The cashier seemed to understand. I bit in and got a mouth full of meat. No biggie. Next they gave me beans and cheese. No lettuce. No tomatoes. No rice. No onion. Third try, they gave me all the trimmings, no beans. I finally gave up. Maybe the fourth burrito would have done the trick. $12 for an exasperating experience. Never again.

Mo's taco truck is great! I eat there often. My favorite is the pastor taco. It's honestly some of the best pastor I've eaten. I also get their elotes almost every time. It's very good! I wish they would just go ahead and open a permanent location in Rantoul. Though, since the truck is in the same place M-Sat, they kind of have a permanent place. If you're looking for good, relatively inexpensive, Mexican food, definitely stop by Mo's.
Food is always amazing and the staff is super friendly and fast!
