Papa John's Pizza - Raphine

The staff at this restaurant lack attentiveness and can come across as quite arrogant, with the exception of a young woman who provides good service. Overall, the service deserves a rating of 1, and the atmosphere also gets a 1.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The two employees were simultaneously taking orders and handling cash, and then they went straight to making pizzas without washing their hands or wearing gloves. They also touched the toppings with their bare hands. Given this unsanitary practice, I requested a refund, as I wasn't comfortable eating the food. The woman I spoke to insisted that they aren't required to follow any specific hygiene protocols or wear gloves because the oven supposedly kills germs. When I asked for the corporate contact number, she told me I could complain but it wouldn't make a difference, implying it would be a waste of my time. I ended up throwing the pizza away and will definitely avoid Papa John's in the future when I'm at Whites Travel Center. Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.

Absolutely wonderful crew and even better pizza in a timely and professional manner. This papa johns is a cut above the rest for sure. 7:21 pm waiting in line to order and they say they are closed because they are to behind on orders ,they argue with customers, they stand around and talk with their friends instead of working.. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
