Feedback gevenThe first time we visited this restaurant, we had to wait 10 minutes in the Drive-Thru line (with only 2 cars ahead of us) to order our food. When we finally received our order (which included 3 items), we only received one napkin, there was no syrup for the French toast sticks, the eggs in the sausage cheese croissant were undercooked, and we could taste the rancid oil in the hash browns. The hash browns were also overcooked. I would not recommend coming to this restaurant if you can avoid it.
We wanted to eat, but unfortunately, the restaurant was closed and we couldn't get a milkshake. The sign was broken.
I have consistently received cold and undercooked meals at this restaurant. Despite my complaints, nothing has been done to address the issue. I truly do not understand how this place continues to remain open. I am willing to go the extra mile to visit the westside location instead.
What a clown show. an exaggerated manager who manages customers close by. facial spiercings everywhere. dirty floors and prep areas. deorganized and subparated. I love watching infected piercings that prepare my eating and a manager that is completely lost. rude and unprofessional. this king loses his thron fast! they must revoke the franchise rights of this person before they take the whole brand!
We waited for almost 30 minutes to get our food and when it arrived the fries were cold and I had to go back inside to get items they had forgotten. Consider going somewhere else.
