Fuji Asian Express - Rapid City

Just found out new owners! These good folks know how to prepare some of the best Asian food I have EVER exprianced!!! And they have many, many years experience creating and preparing some of the best Chineese food in Rapid City Don't take my word for it try it your self and I'm sure you'll agree :

Excellent service. Large portions. Great value. Only place I go in town. Try the boba! It is excellent!!

Best staff around, always fresh and actually has flavor unlike others in the area!! Great prices too. My go to place!!

Okay. Okay. This place is the BOMB. I’m originally from NJ and have endless choices for Asian cuisine. When I moved to Rapid city I was shocked and disheartened by the lack of food and cultural diversity. Chinese food is my JAM and I was so disappointed with every Chinese restaurant in the area. The lo mein tasted like dirty dish water, the chicken was so fatty and dry. MAJOR slacks in the flavor department. Today while in the mall and craving some Chinese I decided to give this place a chance. And by god, there was an actual Chinese person working!! I knew I had to try it once and omg I’m so excited I did. The lo mein is the BEST I’ve tasted in the Midwest! (As the man told me it would be) the bourbon chicken is TO DIE FOR! And made with juicy real chicken!! Cooked to perfection. His service was phenomenal and we enjoyed a few laughs together. I told him if I was satisfied I’d leave a review. You guys do not sleep on this place! He just started running it about 8 months ago so if you’ve had a bad experience in the past, give it another go it’s under new ownership and it’s phenomenal! I’ll definitely be stopping here whenever I have a Chinese food craving. They definitely have more restaurant style cooking which really shows in the quality of food they put out. Not that fast food Chinese junk. And they’re run by Asian people who know what flavors and style cooking represents their culture best. 10 stars!
