Sonic Drive-in - Rapid City

Today we went to Sonic and their system was partially down so they came to our car to take our order. Then we waited for a while and the car hop came to check on us, saw we had no food and went to investigate. It turns out their system went fully down and due to us waiting they still made our food but it was free! Great service and handling of a hard situation, all polite staff. Other places would have just sent us away empty handed.

Ice cream shakes were exactly as ordered. They came out in a timely manner, and with an apology with how long it took. I was impressed.

This place is alright. I mean one day I was gant AF and this place Literally saved me.

It was the first time at a Sonic and we loved it. Very reasonable prices and with some very outstanding service. We will for sure be back next time in town :

Our server was nice even though we were ordering in the middle of the night right before close, the food was prepared pretty quickly and brought out to us. The food was satisfactory and there were no order mistakes, it was also reasonably priced for what we ordered. It was within walking distance of our hotel as well. I recommend this location for a nice bite to eat.
