Feedback gevenLast night was eating in order, waitress gave my wife mist about a go in with half full bottle polen earlyling. that was after she had just ordered a $15 margarita. my daughter asked for a small acid cream on the side for her tacos, calculated $1.50 for it. bill was $103, which I did not notice was a 18% gratuity was already included in the $103 overall, so I was in a hurry and never saw the bill detail, just gave the server another $30 tip. So now on a $83 total bill, she got a $45 top. she never said a word before I left and I had to go back because my wife forgot her glasses, she never said anything and went to the other side of the room when she saw me. if she had given it up, I would have said, oh that's okay the service and the food was good. that was my second time, but I won't be back. others are careful with the business practices there, and make sure to check their bill carefully in this “family possession” business.
Two waitresses walked over and saw we just came in to the bar. Then they went and sat down at a table for at least 15 minute before my boyfriend went over and asked for a bartender. The bartender with the dark eyeliner is very rude. I said hello to her and she ignored me then looked over at a couple and they all smirked at each other. My boyfriend and I decided to not eat and just get a drink bc of how rude everyone was. I thanked her for my drink and she continued to ignore me and not make any eye contact. As we get up to leave they were all eyeballing each other and smirking and the barmaid refused to look at us or say goodbye. I might as well have walked into a high school with the level of childishness.
Another place that's gone down the drain.it used to be great!! That might've been the first time I've ever walked into a place and had 2 waitresses walk away and completely ignore me and my girlfriend like we were invisible. I went to go ask if anyone was bartending and they gave me atitude. Ignored a simple hello when she finally came over. This place used to be good. Supongo que ahora puedes actuar como una p*rra con los clientes y ya... ????. Nunca mas. DesgraciaTo the owner or whoever answers these over there. Don't apologize, you've apologized several times and clearly haven't gotten the message to improve service over the weeks or months. Just hold this L.
This used to be a five-star spot for me. I won’t order again. The quality has declined over the last few orders. As a recurring customer I called the manager because I was unhappy with what I believe was the wrong dish arriving or at least to express how the meat they sent in no way resembled flank steak and no salsas were included, he told me I ordered the wrong thing and recommended what to order next time and that I should have gotten 4 salsas with what I ordered but I got none. So I ate the dry salty slow cooked-pulled meat product they call flank steak (see pics) which looks like carnitas and taste like a pot roast. They couldn’t find my order when I called they had no recollection of an order I just received. Terrible customer service I’ll spend my money elsewhere.
We were just there at 650 pm and walked out. The waitress had a nasty attitude just trying to get a seat. We have been there before and had a pleasant experience but the seasoned waitress did not want to be bothered. Leaving this review hoping you hire people who want to work.
