Mk Terminal21 - Ratchaburi

In Bangkok's Terminal 21 Mall I went there first in 2007 and then only in 2019 a period where much changed in the way they serve customers. MK's is a hot pot restaurant where they are an induction heating on your table, with which you cook your meal. This remains the same, but everything with a high degree of refinement. The tables have now built in hotplates that do not project out of the table surface. The table also has a monitor from which you can see the menu (they also have a paper menu). Your kitchen is simply with the menu you order a dish of raw food (usually meat, but also because arrLl vegetarian olatyesa), which is delivered and which is eaten raw or cooked over the induction oven on the table. A pan is provided to the customer for cooking. The water with the boiled food is taken as a soup. And the rest of the food eaten with noodles (Sukiyaki Noodles, which can also be vegetarian) as the main dish. When it expires Marketing MK takes the cake. We are vegetarians ordered a salad plate mostly from vegetables, but also tofu, seaweed and mushroom. We checked the sauce as a vegetarian and our waitress took it back after she was familiar with her colleagues. You simply take the dish and can cook the contents in the hot water in the pan to make the soup. It is a light but nutritious meal free from oil and even salt. The mild saltiness in food comes from natural minerals of the salad plate that we have ordered. In 2019, all the waiting personnel have handhelds and orders for them. Prices are very reasonable. We had a meal for Fhree for about THB 250 or INR 550.

Eating is good. Duck's nice. Noodle is resilient. Appropriate price.

Always love come back to this traditional hotpot restaurant especially for the green noodles and pork / egg. All round big flavors and cannot complain about the price, because here everything is so much value!

We always make an effort to visit a MK restaurant whenever we are in Bangkok. They served authentic traditional Thai hotpot and roasted meats, we especially loved their roast ducks. As usual, the restaurant was clean and service was attentive. Guess it will never go wrong with Mk.

Long time never return to MK. Their steamboat food are still nice! Tried their hot butterfly pea dessert as well, taste great!
