This place has a good atmosphere to it and its next to a large pond with ducks and geese. The food here is good, I had the chicken fried steak and gravy with potato mashed, and a small salad, food was very delicious, but the salad bar has way to many carrot strings in it. The onion rings here are something special. Your value of the ride only by yourself... Get some to go. Waitstaff is very nice and helpful as well as... Update 6/3/18 decided to fall in Shane today. Had a very sweet waitress in cutoff overalls and pink shirt. The fried steak with baked potato and onion rings and a small salad. Salad bar still has many carrots in the salad mix, one thing I found interesting was her macaroni salad, it was rich, salty and went perfectly with Captain Wafer. Chicken fried steak was big and covered with white engraving, big baked potato was big and with lots of butter, and came with a fresh yeast roll. Shane is still not confused. .. took the onion rings home, their almost like dessert, sweet onion and scattered perfectly. I'll be back... also to note that they don't accept debit or credit cards, cash or just check. But the good news there is an Amm machine at the bank at the intersection hwy 22.

The food was delicious and fast. And a great place to make pictures. Had been looking for something else and found the geese and the duck made the waiting time seemingly nothing. It really enjoyed the time here.

Food is good, onion rings are the bomb... very few places go to the trouble to make onion rings like this...

Probably the best chicken horse steak I've ever eaten!

Very friendly staff and the food is worth the money! Isn't any expensive and nice ambiance.
