Eiscafe Mario Gelato Bad Schandau

First of all, fish isn't supposed to be "fishy.". Ordered the gnocchi with spinach and salmon. Yuck! Very "fishy" tasting, sauce is thin and boring. Ordered side salad... What Italian restaurant serves salad with ranch? This one, apparently. Very disappointed in quality of food. Do not recommend at all.

If you want good value food in Germany a pizza place is the place to go. Unfortunately it is not this one. The waitress managed to mix up our order with the next table and after we corrected the mistake it took a while for the new pizza to arrive.

Jetzt bin ich aber froh, dass ich die Bewertungen vor dem Besuch nicht gelesen habe. Sonst wären wir nicht zum Essen dort hingegangen.Wir sind dort spontan gelandet mit großem Pizzahunger. Wir wurden freundlich bedient, so wie es sein soll. Die Pizza schmeckte uns ausgezeichnet. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig. Schön ist es, am Fenster zu sitzen. Die Fensterfront kann, wenn es draußen warm ist, vollständig geöffnet werden, so wie man es aus Frankreich oder Italien gewöhnt ist und man sich dadurch nach dorthin versetzt fühlt.

We ate here twice as there were few places open when we were there. The food was good and it was cooked freshly for you. The menu was varied. We had wine with our meals and it was reasonably priced. The girl who served was very nice.
