I was not allowed to pay with card (above 5 euros) as a European because I did not have a German card (but an Italian card which has the same currency). The lady at the counter was extremely RUDE. The policy is DISCRIMINATORY. Never felt...so disrespected she just said no and took away my croissant . Do not go!

I work nearby and eat here very often, however, I think I will not go anymore and will also discourage others from doing so because the service is simply not tolerable. The waiters are very rude, they make you feel inferior and as if you...should not even ask a question or be there. They want to get you out as fast as possible and you feel like you are getting on their nerves simply by going there! I am not asking for much, I don 't need them to be overly friendly, but they actually make you feel like YOU are doing something wrong to them by eating in THEIR restaurant. Its unbelievable. I have tried the whole approach of killing them with kindness by continuing to be friendly and being very polite even if they are rude, but they continue to be so rude. In terms of food, it is just mediocre, and way overpriced for what it is. I think the only reason people always go there is because it is nearby to the businesses. I would take your money elsewhere, where they actually treat you like a human being, and not like you are a nuisance who is not worthy of being there. PLEASE, just go somewhere else. And if you are the management reading this, PLEASE get some customer service training for your employees or get new ones so that they just treat people with basic respect at the very minimum.
