Japanese Butterfly - RAVENNA

Japanese food has to be made with fresh ingredients! this was simply terrible, the tuna and salmons were warm, everything else was terribly old!!!!!!! I wrote a review in the Google Maps talking about my experience and the owner replied disgracefully saying the restaurant serves fast-food-like ! food because it 's a buffet and it is NOT a Japanese restaurant!!!! yet they have written Japanese everywhere as their category! The soy sauce did NOT taste like soy sauce and it seemed like they have added water to it! No wasabi or gari was served! the staff were not friendly at all!

The place is very traditional, if you book you can get a private booth or a large japanese style table. they have a menu with pics, but you have to ask for it. You write your own order and they bring you the food. Large selection of tuna, which is good. slightly expensive. They fall big time on the basics: wasabi, ginger and soy sauce are cheap and no so tasty. Pity

Abbiamo deciso con mio marito di provare questo ristorante circa un giorno fa, per pranzare in un posto semplice ma allo stesso tempo dove cucinassero sushi. Appena arrivati, già l'ambiente non é sembrato per niente gradevole l'atmosfera della sala sembrava particolarmente piacevole oltretutto con una cameriera molto gentile. Purtroppo però, non si può dire lo stesso dei piatti che ci hanno servito; Il pesce era sicuramente di una qualità molto scadente , arrivato alla portata del l'Anatra che abbiamo dovuta rimandare indietro per il cattivo gusto e odore Fiendo di mangiare a forza quello che avevo ordinato. All you can eat SCADENTE, me ne sono andata infuriata e disgustata. Non lo consiglio a nessuno.

Last night we stayed at dinner and, as usual, excellent value for money. 23,90€ for dinner all you can eat. The only mole was the heat, all closed and the air conditioner turned off.

Very fast service, the only sin the rice composing sushi was not at room temperature but a little warm
