L' Artigiano Della Pizza - RAVENNA

The pizza they offer is very very low, much more similar to a piadina than a pizza. The dough is inedible, tastes horrible and feels like a stone to throw down when you try to eat a slice of the pizza. The tomato puree used is full of small pieces of tomato, something obscene, not to mention the acidity of this puree, which is shocking. The mozzarella is flavorless. The ingredients used are of low quality. I do not recommend this pizzeria to anyone.

They think they're making fun of people, unsolicited parmesan present on the margherita, they put walnuts instead of hazelnuts and raw meat instead of speck, not even a hint of smoked scamorza. Low quality ingredients used, sour tomato. Given your response, I would like to point out that in the photos you can clearly see that they are walnuts and not hazelnuts, that the grain is present while not in the receipt and that ham was used instead of speck. We need to be more humble
