The first thing you should know is that the lovely ladies in this shop have adopted the slow food . Also it is not a restaurant so you do not get table service here. The ladies behind the counters are very friendly and great at explaining the way everything works and all about the food. You decide at the counter what you would like and if you are not sure about anything, please ask. Then you go and lay your own table and wait for your food. Once finished you have to clear up your table and then go and pay. We really enjoyed this alternative experience and found the food was fresh and made from local produce.

I stumbled upon this little local shop that also happens to serve cold food but that can also be warmed up, so paninis and piadinas as well as pasta. All the cutlery is biodegradable. I had some pasta with a broccoli and pea pesto sauce that was fantastic! I ordered a second bowl of it and enjoyed some plain piadina/flat bread with the meal. As it is not a bar in the Italian sense, you can 't get coffee at the end of the meal as well but it 's a cute little shop that seems to be family owned but not rustic yet not too too cutting edge. That 's why I did not give it a 5 circle rating as a restaurant yet my ratings for service, food, and value were 5 circle.
