Osteria Dalla Zabariona - RAVENNA

Nonostante la visibile scarsita' di personale in sala, il bravissimo e gentilissimo proprietario..ha fatto si' che i tempi di attesa fossero fluidi.Adoro questo locale in centro a Ravenna, e penso che molti altri la pensino come me perche' e sempre pieno.Le proposte culinarie variano ciclicamente e sono sempre presenti dei fuori menu', interessanti.Orttima l'anguilla, tra l'altro digeribilissima, ottimo il ragu' di salsiccia matta (introvabile altrove),buono tutto diciamo,anche le alici scotta dito, il latte brule'..unico piatto che non mi e' piaciuto per niente e' stato il frizai..ma i gusti sono gusti.Ci torno..sicuramente

E' difficile che io (e soprattutto nel giro di pochi mesi) ritorni due volte nello stesso ristorante anche se ho mangiato bene..perche' l offerta e' talmente ampia che mi piace sempre sperimentare locali nuovi.Ma in questa osteria ci tornero' a breve una terza volta.Pietanze tipiche, ma quelle tipiche che faceva mia nonna e che non fa piu' nessun ristorante.Ricerca delle materie prime, servizio ottimo..e quindi assolutamente da provare.Ah dinìmeticavo..location piu' che bella...

This restaurant was recommended to us so we decided to check it out as we wanted a nice unhurried lunch. We were welcomed and a table outside was arranged for us, and we received menus and water right away. I ordered the cappelletti with Mora Romagnola ragout and my friend ordered the gnocchi with duck ragout. After a week of great meals in Venice we both agreed this was the best meal we had so far. My cappelletti was beautifully cooked and the ragout had lots of flavour. My friend’s gnocchi was awesome, large pieces and nicely soft, with a duck ragout that had more flavour than one we’d had in Venice earlier in the week. A dolce of latte brûlée left us nicely full but not feeling heavy from the pasta. All handmade makes such a difference. They gave us attentive but not oppressive service and we were not rushed even though we were close to lunch closing time. We definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Ravenna.

Delicious food and excellent customer service. Even though it’s right next to a tourist spot, they didn’t hike the prices up. My husband had pasta with a white farmyard ragu ? and I had some filled pasta as recommended by the manager. Both absolutely gorgeous dishes and a very good price. Various specials on the menu too. Would recommend.

Stopped here for a quick lunch after touring the mosaic sites and were pleasantly surprised by how delicious and original the dishes were here. Also helped by friendly and attentive staff.
