Feedback gevenWe were on a trip and I decided spur of the moment to go inside and get a dozen donuts while my husband filled the gas tank. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes, and the three individuals who were behind the counter glanced my way but didn't acknowledgeme. If they'd been busy, that would have been understandable, but they were mostly just chatting, only doing a few drive thruorders in the entire time that I was there. Finally, I asked one as they passed near me if that register wasn't open. Theyinformed me that they only serve the drive thru. It would have been nice if they had a sign up stating that or if the workershad shown the common courtesy of telling me that instead of ignoring me as I stood there for 10+ minutes.
Ya know, I have to give this specific Dunkin? location a 5 star rating. First and foremost, the customer service was s consistently friendly and accommodating. True, sometimes the wait time can be a bit much. But I totally don?t mind it.Everywhere and everyone is running a little bit slower than before. I leave this place feeling brighter in my thoughts andactions.I have no complaints in regards to this Dunkin.
This is one of the few 24-hour spots in the area, and the staff is consistently friendly. They've never gotten my drink order wrong. My favorite drink right now is the strawberry dragonfruit coconut refresher with less ice, and it's always delicious! Fresh donuts come in around 4 AM, and they discard the old ones a few hours before that.
The staff didn’t communicate with us at the window and then abruptly handed us our food bag before quickly shutting the window. The bagel was stale, which I wouldn’t mind as much since it was later in the day, but there was hardly any cream cheese. Usually, they load it up, but this time there was barely enough to cover either side.
I just left this disappointing place. The sign stated that they wouldn’t open until 9:30 due to staffing issues and restocking. I saw two employees making coffee and chatting, and then two of them went outside to smoke while customers were waiting. Even though there were a total of five employees, they didn’t open until 9:30. At least 30 to 35 customers were turned away while there were five employees clearly visible.
