Kfc (pusat Bandar Rawang)

Everytime i go there. They keep saying this item finish, that item finish. Dont have enough staff to serve. Too slow. No one clean the trash bin even after its full... The aircond is not cooling enough

Look I can tolerate when the staff at counter tu tak friendly, tak cakap thank you and so on but what happened to your fried chicken?? It's so dry plus the girl who took my order tak tau nak bezakan mana satu part ribs dgn dada. Beli bucket 9 ketul, ask for thigh and ribs end up dpt thigh 2 ketul,2 ribs and the rest semua part dada. Maybe the supervisor dgn staff xkan baca google reviews sbb diorang x ambik peduli pon pasal the quality of their work, but what's your problem?? Why are u giving me those dry chicken part that no one wants to order. Berapa lama kerja kat situ sampai chicken parts pun you tak tau? Anyone that is reading just stay away from this branch, trust me dekat Rawang ade byk lagi kfc yg tak jauh dari branch nie. Memang tak berbaloi langsung spend RM65 untuk that set. If you in that area and memang nak makan ayam jugak, just skip this terrible kfc branch and just a few metres away ade baker's cottage. Just beli je ayam at that bakery, trust me it will taste a lot better than kfc punya dry fried chicken plus it is cheaper. U don't even deserve 1 star.

Lately KFC Customer service has been declined no courtesy, no politness efficiency dead drop to bottom will KFC look in to this ????

The staff is quite friendly and I give huge . Sink is dirty and require cleaning

The cashier was friendly but the service a bit slow but still awesome
