Good food and drinks. beautiful view of the river ouareau from the terrace. beautiful atmosphere to eat with friends and family.

We showed up on a quiet Thursday evening and found on this place an almost empty dining room in the middle of nowhere with snow benches above 8 feet high. don't let them look foolish, the waiter gave us work-class California service that was eating fantastic tasting and veggies, where fresh and crispy. this is not an ordinary Chinese restaurant, and the owners are obviously proud of their craft. the deco is not super imagination, but the whole setting is neat and neat. table cloths, utensils and glasses were clean and polished. for the price we have paid, most restaurants will serve their customers with cheap paper napkins. it wasn't the case here, and I felt like I was eating in some of the high-end restaurants I worked over the years. I know that I haven't visited many restaurants in Rawdon, but this was the worst one. The fat was dripping off the spring rolls, the evening meal was cold and deep-fried, what a sin...with deep-fried spinach and sweet boiled cabbage, and flavorless white rice. I was insulted when the owner expected a tip because he removed the cost of the appetizer. Thankfully, the rest of our first stay in Rawdon was good.

The menu is moderately priced and features Asian food. The vegetable rolls and chicken teriyaki were excellent. The owner is from Thailand. His wife is from Laos.They have spent much time and effort in completely renovating the space. (This used to be a dilapidated hotel. ...If you would like special undivided attention, go on a week night, when there are few customers. Weekends tend to be a lot busier.The renovations are very elegant so if you would like to invite your boss, or a special someone, you will not be embarassed.

Delicious Thai food, charming interior and friendly owner. A little out of the way and nondescript exterior (this is an old motel that is being renovated and should open this summer), but certainly worth a visit
