It's getting 2 stars as I wanted to be seated and eat some dinner after a long car ride. After getting rejected at penny's diner since I wasn't staying at the hotel next to it (silly reason if you ask me) When I read through some reviews for where to go I found that someone recommended this place! Then I went there at 9:14 and they said that they close the kitchen at 9... but the google maps says that they are open until 10. So I can't speak to the food which i am sure is excellent I am just speaking to the improper information telling people that the restaurant is open until 10 when in reality it is open until 9. Not a good experience after a long days of driving and just wanted some hashbrowns and eggs.
Kid-friendliness: There are coloring pages and a good kids menu.
I ordered a NY strip and they were out. I instead got the ribeye. It was well prepared and one if the better steaks I've had. I haven't had many steaks I can eat without adding A1 to make them tolerable. It's ashame I didn't get to try the strip since the ribeye came out so well. Our waitress also was able to point us to the direction of a good hotel. They were unfortunately full but the staff there pointed us to a very affordable hotel that was clean which is all we needed
They were open! Unlike the competition. The service was ok. The drink price was good. The prime rib sandwich wasn't a sandwich at all; It was a 8 or 10oz prime rib and some toast... Which for the price was a steal, hence the 3 star rating. Good luck finding it. The sign is so faded it's invisible. The lesson we learned is to eat in either Rock Springs or Laramie.
