This morning dozens of cars were met with a closed store. Not knowing they were closed we sat in line for 15 minutes before people started leaving. They haven't had good service for years and need to be shut down or have a major overhaul. This is unexceptable Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I pre-ordered on the app..was delayed going over to pick up my order by 15 min..still wasn’t ready at 2:30 in the afternoon. There wasn’t a single person in the to go line nor was there anyone waiting inside. My order still wasn’t ready as I stood there 5 min waiting to be acknowledged. Get my order..the chai latte tasted like water AND grilled cheese was soggy and had no pesto! Hello!! McFly!!? Epic fail in my book. Looks like I’ll pass you by next time.
