The employees are generally friendly, and the drive-thru line moves at a fairly reasonable pace, but the food isn't nearly as good as it used to be. The burgers are usually dry, and the chocolate extreme blizzard is now anything but extreme. It barely has any chocolate flavor and no chunks of chocolate like it used to have. I don't know what they changed, but I wish they made things the way they used to.

The facility needed a bit of cleaning, I waited at the counter for 5 minutes before anyone took my order there was no one in front of me. There were several people waiting for their food.

New dreamsicle is outstanding, if you love orange julius, you will love this.

Extremely slow. The employee kept coming back to our car several times asking what kind of blizzards we ordered. We had ordered four and were very clear about the kinds. They asked us 5 times what kind they were. Then we ordered a twist cone and they forgot that and we had to remind them twice. We waited a very long time for our order. We are very patient people but this was really very poor customer service today.

The ladies working were helpful and very nice. Ice cream was good. Burger was good.
