The restaurant on Rte. 44 in Raynham will take your order via the web, but when you get there to pick it up, they are out of bread, Cilantro, black beans, corn salsa, most of the soups, etc. and are morethan happy to charge full price for half an order. Someone else was trying to place an order in the store and the kids behindthe counter were arguing with her and making a scene and all the lady wanted was to get a soup(s) to bring home to her ailinghusband and daughter. I can promise you this, I will NEVER go back to that chain ever again and I am giving my gift cards tothe next person who needs them.
Good food, reasonable price for the quality provided. Time until eating was fine, but there were few customers present. Employees were quite pleasant, like they actually enjoyed working there. No negativity from employees which currently issomething I think is worth mentioning.
This Panera Bread is an excellent dining spot. It's also well-suited for small business meetings, as it appears to have designated areas for this purpose. They’ll text you when your food is ready, so you don’t have to wait at the counter. The food is consistently delicious. There's ample parking available in the shopping plaza lot. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, making it one of our favorites.
My visit wasn't great. The breakfast quiche was $6.79, a significant increase from its previous price of $3.29, and it was inedible! There were no labels for the items, and the staff member at the counter seemed confused, which added to the confusion. Panera can be a good option, but not on this occasion. Unfortunately, I think I'll be sticking to Dunkin' from now on.
The staff was extremely rude to my friends and me. I've visited several Paneras across the state, but I've never experienced anything like this. It was absolutely unacceptable. When the cashier took my order, she looked away and rolled her eyes when I said thank you. One of my friends tried to order something similar to what I had, but the cashier entered it incorrectly and overcharged her. When she spoke to a manager about it, he essentially told her to just deal with it. It was very rude, and I will never return to this location. I wouldn't recommend coming here unless you want to be treated poorly.
