They are so rude and never assist to my handicap needs they always tell another person to get me because of my disability with my voice the one blonde girl never gives me a lemon or punches and when I buy fish it’s usually always bad the next day
On the plus side, the fish is usually quite good, and the sushi is decent. The restaurant itself is clean, which is always a plus. However, there are some downsides. The pricing is often inaccurate, and sale items don’t ring up correctly at the register. Additionally, the staff could use some attitude adjustments. There are two employees who are great, but unfortunately, that’s not true for everyone. One blonde employee with long hair has consistently had a negative attitude during my visits, and I try to avoid her when I can. Certain fish, like Mahi, are rarely available, but I understand that can happen. If they could just address a few of these issues, Adelphia could be a fantastic restaurant!
Tonight was the final straw for me with this restaurant. I ordered 12 oysters, and only 4 of them were acceptable; the rest were either dried out or dead. As for the mussels, only 2 were actually alive. I had called previously about an issue, and they didn't seem to care at all. I recommend spending your hard-earned money elsewhere.
This location consistently offers excellent seafood and service. During my recent visit, I arrived just a few minutes after closing time. I didn’t knock or try to get their attention, but one of the employees noticed me turning away at the door and came over to let me know that they hadn’t closed the registers yet and would be happy to assist me. This is a fantastic example of great service and a wonderful way to retain customers. Thank you! I look forward to my next visit!
