Chipotle Mexican Grill - Reading

Thank you, Chipotle, for the complimentary burrito bowl on my first visit! I really enjoyed it and will definitely return.

I would have given this restaurant a full five stars, but I wasn't a fan of having to order online. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly my order was prepared. The standout team member was Meredith—she was fast and efficient. There were about four staff members working, and they really handled the online orders swiftly despite the high volume of business. The manager was great too, regularly changing the garbage and keeping the line clean while coordinating other orders. It operated like a well-oiled machine, and everything was fresh. Thank you, Chipotle, for another great meal!

**Update (2022.4):** It’s better now—I've been here a few times, and the quality has been consistently good.

Great food, love the place. Very practical for me and my family. EDIT 3/2022 This chipotle can be hit or miss, I definitely do not recommend a mobile order [especially for picky eaters, they tend to move frequently. You will normally add extra things that you did not ask, very rarely forget to add anything]. It has drastically declined since my first review. It may, or may not be open when you come there, and it is incredibly difficult to actually talk to a person when you try to call the restaurant due to their automated response system.
