The ice cream was delicious except they gave me a cheap plastic spoon, so it was quite impossible to exhaust the ice to eat it. That wasn't so much. I have the scattered waffle cone and the chocolate on it did not taste so good. Still, the ice was amazing.

Paid over $40 with tip and delivery fee for 1 have it and 2 pints. The need was WAY bigger and had much more ice and toppings than the pints. The pints were the size of a 1 cup measuring cup. Definitely the feeling I didn't get what I paid for!

Absolutely love Coldstone and get excited when I see every location! This is the place to get the most visits. I love creating your own options. There are always so many flavor and topping options that are endless. The signature options are always good. There's something for everyone!

I literally left this cold stone without my ice. I bought a milkshake and a smoothie and the sum came to $14 and some changes, I typed $2.00, making it $16 and some cents. I go to pay with my card and first I was charged twice and I was refunded the money for the second fee, but still the initial payment of $16 and some changes was calculated. The girl who instructed me, ask her employee for help who later called the man. He told the manager what happened and gave me the phone. I told the manager what's happening, but he didn't say anything he can do there. He also said that I would have to be recharged for the milkshake and smoothie, even though I am already charged. I'll ask him how fair it is when I've already paid. After I'm back for a few moments and fourth, I wonder if I could have the regional manager number or his boss number. He told me he was the owner and he had a business to keep. I ask him if he would pay for something he didn't get, he told me he didn't want it. For me, Man Preef, the owner of this site more about $16 than a customer satisfaction. He honestly took care that he didn't get his $16, then he took care of the customer. Just to put the record straight I personally do not believe that customers are always right, but this time I was right, especially when the money has already been deducted from my account.

Ice cream was great however, I needed to use the restroom and it was closed due to covid . Seriously you can breath on my ice cream without a mask but you are concerned where I place my butt or wash my hands??? I would hope you would do some research and see that it is ok to use restrooms and even encouraged to wash your hands .
