This location opens at 6 am but they are not ready to serve customers till around 7 am...Have to wait 45 min before deciding to cancel my order.as nobody was making eventhough I was the only person on the store
Ordered online for the first time. It was ok to use. But the food was nit good. My sandwich and soup were cold. My fruit cup was very warm. Made my stomach sick. Then to top it off the did not give me a receipt. Other ci workers complained about the food as well
The next time I visited, I took my cup and started filling it, only to be asked if I had placed an order, as I wasn’t supposed to just take a cup without confirming there would be an empty cup with my receipt on the counter. On my third visit, I ordered again, and found myself waiting once more since I didn’t want to be scolded again. After waiting… and waiting, I asked about my order and was told they didn’t have large cups, so they couldn’t fulfill my order, despite having received an email confirming it was complete. Am I being pranked? I understand it’s just a drink, but from a customer service perspective, it’s frustrating when the rules seem to change every time I visit, and I never know what to expect.
The soup was enjoyable—Mexican street corn chowder, which was quite tasty. The pecan braid we selected from the bakery was also excellent. However, the apples at Panera seem to consistently be some of the smallest I've ever encountered. Now, onto the chicken sandwich. Unfortunately, it was a disappointment. The emerald greens were almost non-existent—just two tiny pieces of what might have been arugula. I barely noticed them until I opened the sandwich to remove some of the overpowering garlic aioli. The parmesan crisps were too sharp and there could have been fewer of them. As for the chicken breast itself? It was pretty mediocre—neither terrible nor great. The strong flavors completely overshadowed the taste of the chicken, but maybe that's the whole idea? The saying "less is more" certainly applies here. All of this came to a staggering $44.22 for two chicken sandwich meals. Paying $12.00 for a chicken sandwich is shocking, especially since there's nothing about it that justifies that price.
