Pizza Hut Express - Reading

Stay away!!!! I ordered online at 5:45 got there at 6 15 like they said my done time would be. When enterng there were 8 people ahead of me waiting. NOT a good sign. At 6 40 the manager states that it will be another 30 min. What!?!?!?!?! I demanded my money back along with 6 others and left. So angry. I will not return!!!

Pizza was decent, the reason for the low rating is their staff answering calls was NOT knowledgeable of their specials and deals going on. They kept insisting that we had to pay for when their special listed on the website stated otherwise. A tad slow on the delivery time but was an okay experience. If you have the choice to order else where I would suggest you take that option and not go here...it's NOT worth the hassle.

Paid for a large 3 topping, received a cheese pizza no toppings. Unable to find a phone number online or on the receipt

Every time I order carry out they lose my order and tell me I ordered from the wrong place even though I have proof and confirmation numbers and emails and everything. employees are incredibly unhelpful and lazy and never do their job correctly.

Who can I email? The pizza had very little sauce and the pizza was a little overcooked. Both on our plain cheese and our half pepperoni half pineapple. Not pleased this time.
