Wendy's - Reading

Was a good experience, my friend made a mistake ordering the staff gladly changed the mistake..lady at register was very friendly pleasant also..everyone on staff seemed in good spirits also, place was clean tidy, as was bathroom. Usually places are messy, not this one thou..?great job guys.!Parking: Clean parking lot at this location, good job to whomever cleans here..thank you .?

Holy friggen wow! Got here at 2:18pm it is currently 2:41pm and we are still sitting in the drive thru waiting with another vehicle in front of us till we reach the window. The lobby isn’t full and the drive thru had maybe 5 cars. Whatever happened to fast food? This Wendy’s surely won’t be on my list of places in the future.

This place is terrible. Their burgers are no longer hot and juicy, they are burnt and dried out. The fries are over done and over salted.

It takes roughly 10 mins per car to receive their order. So if you're 3rd in line, it's a 30 min wait at the drive thru. Best of luck

This is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Without fail every time I come here, something on my order is wrong in some way. If I ask for a sandwich with no ketchup, it’s a 50/50 if the employee manning the drive through acknowledges that, and if it gets that far, I’ll still get a sandwich with ketchup on it. I’ve ordered a burger here and gotten a chicken sandwich instead, and if that wasn’t bad enough, the wait for the food is far too long considering that you’ve waited so long only to not get what you ordered. Don’t go here. Its not worth the time or money.
