We are staying away for a week and love Domino's. This Branch is outstanding, there delivery driver is polite and quick. I messed up on my second on line order. But with a call it was sorted. Thank you , we will use you again.
We use this branch a lot and they are usually quite good. Last night the driver decided for some reason that he couldn't be bothered to get out of the car to deliver. He rang us up (even though he was only 10 feet from our front door) and asked us to come out and get our pizza. How lazy can you get?
Please order from this store if you want to wait 1 hour and 40 minutes to eat, be threatened by the driver, eat burnt under cheesed over cooked pizza. Hung up on the phone, spoken over and treated without respect. Dominos have really out done themselves. Staff wouldn’t recognise good customer service if hit them wack in the face FYI please sack your delivery driver. It’s UNACCEPTABLE to drive off with the food I paid for by card How dare I complain about the freshness of the pizza. It’s UNACCEPTABLE to threaten me and say “I WILL F YOU UP” and swear while driving off with my food. I finally get food redelivered to get that in the picture. Unsure if uncheesed and or over cooked. Doesn’t look like fresh cheesy pizza. I’m done I’m never ordering from Dominos again. It’s shame, as the pizza can be good when done properly. I really hope senior management read this and realise incompetence of staff is loosing them customers. FYI dominos complaint reference 555871. RUDE SARCASTIC staff, received the wrong items, inedible disgusting completely burned pizza that I had to throw away. All that was offered was a **** free tub of ice cream next time. What a joke. Will never, ever eat here again. Papa John's is way, way way better.
