Fernandos - Reading

I visited this restaurant today with my family. We ordered fully loaded chips, which on the menu clearly stated cheesy sauce and jalapeño, but when it was served, it had grated cheese melted on top instead. I informed the server that this was not what we had ordered. I wouldn't choose to dine here again.

The employees at this restaurant seemed disinterested and lacked enthusiasm, providing minimal service with no smiles. The food was brought to our table with no indication of who ordered what. Drinks took longer to arrive than the food for most of our group. The quality of the food was average and nothing stood out as exceptional. While prices were lower than Nandos, the overall experience was not as satisfying. None of us plan on returning to this establishment, unless there is a complete overhaul of the staff.

Been here 3 times and have to give this place the thumbs up. I ate in with friends on the first occasion and since then I can't resist going in if I am passing by. Chicken is very fresh and succulent. The sauces they provide are very complimentary and an added bonus. I would also recommend their burgers as well as they are very filling and great to take home after long a evening in the office if you like me who wants to relax and eat in front of the telly

Always loved the chicken at this place, fresh tasty and affordable (without the 30 minute wait for a table ; not surprised that copycat companies such as 'Nandos ' are popping up to try and replicate their success (they even stole the classic Fernando 's rooster logo! . Will continue to visit and support this place forever

Place came highly recommend, being from London I met friends at this place. First impressions very clean and fresh. We ordered a selection of different foods. BBQ wings was amazing, Buffalo wings was amazing, beef burgers was amazing, grilled chicken was amazing topped up with fries. Overall very well cooked and plenty of flavours. Must try the mango and lime. Only bad thing there's no Fernandos in London. Can't wait to go back
