Friday evening very busy but staff coping well. Good selection of beers with real ales. Good old fashioned local pub that for once it seems locals use it instead of sitting empty. No complaints

This is a wonderful local pub in the village that offers a great variety of beers and ales. Upon arrival, they take temperatures and implement track and trace measures, and table service is provided to ensure that everyone maintains social distancing.

The place has changed significantly since our last visit, with new tables and stools replacing the old ones. It's clear that there are ongoing efforts to improve the garden area, making it more inviting. As for the food, I ordered the beef roast while my partner had the half roast chicken. I must say, the dishes were both delicious, and we will definitely be returning in the future. The atmosphere was great, and overall, it was a wonderful experience.
