They were clearly understaffed as we had to wait for around 10 mins at the bar to place our food order. The app never seems to work to order in this restaurant. We waited around 30 mins to get our food. I was really disappointed in my Gammon Steak as it was dry and tough to cut. The egg has been overcooked and was congealed. My Son had the Sea bass and the mash that came with it was served literally as if it had been tipped out of the pot it was clearly microwaved in as you could see the imprint of the container they hadn't even attempted to make any kind of presentation of it. The Halloumi fries started is the same size as what you now get served for the mains in the sizzling dish which since they've changed the menu is an absolute rip off ! You used to get 3 big chunks of battered Halloumi but now you get 6 chip sized breaded crumbed bits. The older blonde lady that greets customers is always grumpy and quite honestly the place has really gone downhill over the last year or so.shame as it used to be really good.
