De service laat te wensen over; was het niet de onzekere houding van de serveerster, dan was het de lange wachttijd voor zelfs simpele bestellingen zoals een frisdrank. Daarnaast waren de tafels en glazen niet schoon. Hoewel het eten verrassend goed is, zorgen de problemen met de service en hygiëne ervoor dat bezoekers aarzelen om terug te keren. Een gemiste kans voor zowel gasten als de chef.
