Pazzo Mmx Italian - Red Bank

Brooklyn is my hometown, and this place really embodies the feel of a classic family-style Italian restaurant. Owner Bobby is dedicated to making his restaurant the top choice in Red Bank. The atmosphere is perfect for families, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The food is absolutely delicious! Food: 5/5

This was my first visit to the restaurant, so I'm not sure how typical the slow service is, but the lengthy wait for our entrees greatly impacted our dining experience. It was particularly frustrating to watch other tables that were seated after us receive their meals before we did. We addressed our concerns with both our waiter and the restaurant manager, but merely receiving apologies and a free dessert did not feel like sufficient compensation. We were among the patrons headed to a concert at the Count Basie Performing Arts Center, and the restaurant should have anticipated a busy evening and scheduled more staff accordingly. The food was quite good, though a bit pricey for a casual dining spot. Unfortunately, the combination of slow service and higher prices will likely deter us from returning.

Although our server was outstanding, the kitchen lagged significantly, causing us to wait two hours for our main courses. They did remove some items from our bill, and while I would consider returning, I would steer clear of visiting on a summer Saturday!

We have been to Pazzo many times and have had a great time. Unfortunately , last night was not stellar. We waited 35 minutes for an appetizer and another 45 minutes for our entrees. The waitress was wonderful but the kitchen needs help. Extremely slow ! We are hoping this is a one time event but we came very close to leaving and that is not good an incentive to coming back. Hopefully, they can fix the kitchen soon.

Our waiter, Eli, was fantastic. The food was amazing. We sat in the patio and there was a bit of a fly issue. The kitchen also had an issue and the entrees took a long time to come out, but they did apologize and offer complimentary beverages. At one point, a busser was hammering a table next to us and a rowdy group was sat behind us, but that can’t really be helped. The food and service were truly excellent!
