I drove through gasoline Alley and wanted to stop for lunch. I ate at Fatburger and was so tempted for a burger, but then I saw Press'd. I was intrigued and decided to go there instead. The staff was friendly and said hello... once I got in. They smiled and answered my questions about bread. The whole bread is baked in the house, so they tell me and I have to admit it was nice. I had the GREEN GODDESS (Avocado, Cream Cheese, Cucumber, Spinach, Sprouts and Cucumber Dill Sauce) on Jalapeno Cheddar bread, mmm delicious! A good experience and delicious sandwich. Yeah, it was $13.00 for a sandwich, chips and a drink, but it filled me up and it was healthy.
Honestly, I like the concept of this restaurant, but this location does not deliver. I have eaten at other Pressd sites and enjoyed the quality, but here there is no attention to your order. On several occasions this was missed or “composed...” and therefore I will not go back.
There were many sandwich options, but only one appealed to me. I would have liked to order a few different, but they had sauces or toppings that I didn't like and there was no way to change them. I ordered the club sandwich... It was a nice note that the sandwiches were perfectly roasted and warm. The meat is cooked and cut in the house and the bread is made by scratches. There was only the correct amount of Mayo on the sandwich, but the bread could have been thicker and more filling to compensate for the cost of the sandwich.
Stepped in this place just along gasoline alley. Tasty sandwiches that are great. Lots of choices. Nice change from burgers and subway choices
