Astha Fine Indian Cuisine - Red Deer

This is the best Indian restaurant in Red Deer by far. Everything here is so delicious and the atmosphere is so relaxing. Definitely a must for all lovers of Indian food!

We went to Astha twice a month, but it's a bit difficult with kids now, often go so we have since order for the payout! Never disappointed. Rama is really great and one of the best renowned chefs I know in my life. He was a chef in one of the famous restaurants in my hometown in India during the 90s, but I didn't know he made this delicious food. By the way, we met for the first time personally in Red Deer and I was so glad to know that he was so great in my hometown. I have not seen an authentic East Indian restaurant like Astha in Calgary and just a few East Indian restaurant in Edmonton, you can compare with Astha.

Best place!! My friend and I spend every occasion here eating because the food is amazing, staff is so beautiful, and the mood is so welcoming and great! The prices are high, but every penny is worth it. Cry real tears when I find out his closed!!

My favorite place. Had to be on the way from Edmonton to Calgary, I have eaten in almost every Indian food restaurant in Edmonton, nothing compares the quality of food here. This place should be full! The chicken tikka masala is my favorite dish, but honestly they are all amazing. Support on site!! Try this place!

The food here is excellent. I had the Lamb Vindaloo, and it was just perfect. Plus, the portions were massive... I've never seen so much rice. Very satisfying. It is expensive, but you get what you pay for. The restaurant itself is beautiful, quiet and pleasant. Really another world when you step in from the plaza surroundings. Everything here is well done, and the owner/manager is pleasant to talk to as well. I will come again!
