Bad service. They said they will be back within 30 minutes, and it was over an hour and the customers were up. They used their break!

I bought Jugo Javas for ?4 Yrs? at this Bower Mall Jugo Juice. Just recently you? ve changed your Unsweetened almond milk to Sweetened almond milk. I thought you were there? Healthy juices sandwiches. Unfortunately, the sweet milk leads me to have headaches every time so I can't drink them anymore. Why not have a choice? Jugo Juice at Parkland Mall Cross Eisenmühlen Mall has both! P.S.Your ladies at Bower Mall are friendly, fast efficient always?

My son and I fought over the toilet for the rest of the afternoon, after everyone here drank a smoothie. The smoothies tasted good I guess, but not worth the repercussions.

Always keep for a smoothie and a pack or sandwich. Friendly staff.

I have on multiple occasions been treated very poorly at this location. Once I ordered 2 pieces of avocado toast and only received one. When I said I ordered 2 the worker was very rude and told me I paid for 1. When i said again I ordered 2 she rolled her eyes and made another piece after making me pay again. It was very thin and burned and she slammed it down on the counter. Other occasions I've been treated like my order is an inconvenience to them. They move very slowly, fill later orders before starting mine, and are never friendly. The most recent and final straw was today when I ordered my toast and they told me they don't make it any more because they have new premade items. The toast is not only still on the website along with these new items, but when I asked if there were any of the new sandwiches that didn't have cheese (I have an allergy) they rolled their eyes, chuckled, and told me very bluntly they all have cheese. I won't be going back here.
