Mcdonald's - Red Deer

I was in this McDonald’s 5 times and 5 times I had problem there.you ordering tea they adding coffee to your tea bag. you’re ordering one item they giving you something different.no words sorry, just with pocket face like it’s my problem giving me what I wanted.that’s weird attitude to work, and to people.

It was cold, assembled in a sloppy manner. I don't know what what going on with the Ketchup dispenser.Front staff member was friendly.

The restaurant is in very poor condition. When I went to the restroom, I found a woman using drugs on the counter, and there was a child present. The staff were also quite rude. I cannot recommend this establishment; it is definitely not suitable for families. This experience was disappointing, especially considering the reputation of the brand.

It was a typical McDonald's experience; nothing really stood out, just like any other location. But that’s what you would expect.

I received the entire order incorrectly. They gave me a Big Mac without the patty, and my Double Cheeseburger was missing. There were also flies in the restaurant. Food handlers should be wearing gloves, especially since they also handle the registers.
