Chicken tasted fresh and his beef was as well. In no time we were full without feeling weighted down. The restaurant was clean and inviting.
Will fill you up but definitely corp Tex Mex fare nothing spectacular going on here. Typical fast food style atmosphere, although service was friendly courteous and efficient. Was pleasantly surprised by calibre of service by high schoolers but food was a bit lacklustre. Mediocre at best but at least it won't take long. Be liberal with hot sauce...
Went Christmas shopping and was on the way back to hotel and wanted something fast and haven't had ANY Mexican food, saw the sign for Mucho Burrito so I decided to TRY it. I had the tress tacos with chips and salsa.I got shredded beef, shredded pork and the chopped fajita beef. I asked for extra jalapeños and the hottest salsa. Now the salsa was NOT what I like with thick chunks of peppers chopped tomatoes and I dumped in the pico, cilantro and smashed up some tomatoes and mixed it all up... problem solved. So now the chips and salsa were good but still NOT Texas "hot". It would be called medium. Now to the tacos... the fajita taco was ok... not much to it but the shredded beef and shredded pork were really good to my total surprise and pleasure but sure was disappointed that they didn't even make there own tortillas. But next time I will get them to heat the tortillas a little more. It beats even our fast food taco shops other than Laredo Taco. So some may laugh and say "that ant real Mexican food" and I will say NONE of it is unless you sitting on a sidewalk or car or trash can in the streets of Monterrey while a street vendor serves up some fresh made tortillas with some LaCabra off the grill......for Canada it is really tasty, fast, cheap and you get to see them make it. So why ever stop at taco bell again?
First time I tried Mucho Burrito was in Fort McMurray and I got a quesadilla which was really good. My son wanted Mucho Burrito for his birthday so we picked up some food at the restaurant located on 69 Dunlop by the Coop. We sure were not disappointed by the portion of food received. We all got burritos. My husband and son got the mucho burrito which was mucho grande and gave them 2 meals while I had the regular which was plenty big. Very fresh and flavourful...we will be going back again.
Went 3 times now very impressed with service, the help the first time there as they told us what to choice from, and to the food was very tasty. 2nd time we went we got mucho bareto smothered with sauce and cheese. Messy but very good but I like to pick up and eat
