Pho Thuy Duong - Red Deer

I order the pho soup or the salad rolls without the peanut sauce. It’s a bit hard with the language barrier but I haven’t gotten sick yet and it’s so delicious.

Many menu items can be made gluten free.(sometimes the sauce is a bit lacking if the gluten free substitutes are not there) Never had a problem with contamination. The pho beef satay soup is amazing!

Was told that a staff member was celiac and she recommended a few options. I loved it and had no issues whatsoever
