Pizza Hut - Red Deer

I am thoroughly dissapointed in this establishments employeesI ordered some pizza for my Husband and I after a very long day.

Don't waste your time with this placeThe service was terrible and the food was bad, even for a pizza hutThe restaurant was freezing cold as well.

What a huge disappointmentEven though the food was very good, the cleanliness of this place is nasty (and that's being generous).

Opened a new store very close in Timberlands. offering dollar medium pepperoni pizza, so ordered one as well as a large Canadian. The first lady i got on the phone, English was not her first language. Hung up and tried again.. ordered and went...and picked it up... forgot to ask about a thin crust, but was never offered any options. Got the Pizza home to discover was not my order.. Had to go back and get the right order. So now I looked at this sorry excuse for a Canadian and Pepperoni Pizza. puffy Pizza dough, a small scattering of sauce and cheese and pepperoni , but mostly huge crust . By the way, this pictures are not anything like the real pizza. So for the bucks, I really wish I had ordered something else from somewhere else. Sorry, but it was not a good experience. .

The Pizza Hut at Ave Red Deer recently sent me a buy one, get one free deal. So it sounded good. I ordered and went and picked it up. Once arriving back at home, I open the boxes, and I could not believe...what I saw!!!! Hardly any toppings whatsoever. I mean this was the worst looking pizza I have ever seen. It was all crust. Unbelievable!! I will never order from this Pizza Hut again. I thought the deal seemed too good to be true. They should be absolutely ashamed of themselves!!
