Pizza Hut Red Deer

I actually worked at this place in 2011 to 2012 I have to say that their customer service and their manager has gone down significantly since then they claim they delivered our food when in fact we were standing in the parking lot and they did not they said that they would make them they did not and that resulted in me getting food poisoning and me missing work thanks a lot pizza hut for sucking so much that you caused people to get sick Not only that I called to inform them of their bad response to my order and they hung up on me twice told me they didn't know what I was talking about and was quite snarky to me Their customer service rep really needs to do the manual again

I love their Pineapple. Green peppers. Jalapeños and sauce. Parmesan bread looks good too!

When the 5$ deal is on the price is better than frozen pizza and tastes much better. Daily deals are also great. Cinnamon buns are so good.

The pizzas are not good. Frozen pizzas are better. The delivery man did not wear a mask so I am sick.

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered 3 pizzas online for pick up, only to get them home a find out they were seriously lacking in the sauce department. The large pizza was about 3 inches of crust in some spots. Call in and get new pizzas made. Drive across town to swap them out, get them home and realize I now have to re cook my large pizza because it was literally still uncooked dough under the toppings! Bravo Southside pizza hut you just lost a customer for good being that this isn't the first time.
