Feedback gevenI have been to a million and one Whataburger?s and never been treated as kindly as I have at this one. The manager Donnell Jones and staff were awesome! The food was fresh and the place was immaculate! I will be back to order from here. Perfect experienceand exceeded expectations!
I arrived 10 minutes after the latest time my order was supposed to be ready. It took 5 minutes for anyone to even ask if I wanted to order. Then after that 15 minutes to get my order completed. No one was in the restaurant. While I was standing by thefront counter waiting the person at the register went to the back counter where the guy was bagging and told him I was staringat him with evil eyes. I was literally just standing there and was being patient. Then the guy turned around and looked at methen persisted to make fun of me to the girl at the register. I usually do curbside so it really upset me that I was nice enoughto come in and take it and then get made fun of. I literally almost started crying so I did not talk to the manager. We loveWhataburger and go here twice a week. This experience made me never want to return. I?m a nurse, so I?m very understanding andpatient. I was even willing to get my own drinks. Very hurtful.
Usually my goto for a quick burger while out during busy days. Bought a double and when it arrived it was on Texas toast because they had not gotten in any buns. Not a big deal, I even like the toast. As a business though I would like to see some heads upor an offer for a free drink or coupon due to the inability to serve the advertised menu.
The person that's seems to be the manager a woman named Bobbie was very rude, she was our cashier but it wasn't her name on our ticket, very evident she was in a bad mood, I understand it's Saturday night everyone is tired and would rather to be home, Shehad no right to ruin meal time for us. I couldn't help to feel a hint of either prejudice or racism from her part, we arehispanic but it's not like we don't speak english. It took them over 30 minutes to give us our to go order, It's ridiculous fora fast food restaurant. If they are short staffed should let you know in advance they didn't gave us the condiments weordered.
I arrived to this location at 9:20 I placed my order for sausage on a bun no egg no cheese orange juice and a hash brown I waited 20 minutes given them the benefit of the doubt because I saw the drive-through was already backed up two lanes then Iwent to the counter because the lady came in after me 10 minutes after I had come in she ordered french fries and an apple pieshe received an order within 12 minutes I got came several minutes after her order sausage biscuit I?m still waiting almost 30minutes now I?ll go to the counter and ask where is my order and the young man said he would check on it in the meantime the manwith the sausage biscuit I got in his order so I asked for a refund I will never stop at this location when traveling throughRedoak Texas! ???? franchise owner please check on your establishments!
