I stopped with these MDs and received very good service
Every time I go and get the Burrito meal they ask what kind of sauce I want, and they never gave it to me. Why do you ask if you don't put it in your pocket?! After working with McDonalds for two years, I know how it works and how it works in the kitchen. I went the other day with my girlfriend for breakfast, we came at 10:28 and the people before us were served breakfast no problem. They would not allow us to get breakfast at all, although I know that after the transition a whole TRAY breakfast food is kept warm by the warmer.
We usually do McDonald's once a week usually on Fridays just a little something special for the girls because they love McDonald's French Pommes and I love McDonald's Caramel frappes
I was here today with my 8-year-old niece. First, it was very clean... from the parking lot inside. The lady who served us in the counter was so friendly and talked about great customer service, she should be used as an example of how McDonald's staff should serve the public...with a smile. She made our order so smooth. Unfortunately, the staff seemed overwhelmed or simply not synchronized... and they weren't even busy when we came in. My niece ordered a happy meal with a simple cheeseburger, extra fries without salt, chocolate milk and a regular Oreo McFlurry (here for the first time with a McFlurry). I ordered a 10 piece Chicken McNugget Meal with a big coke without ice and big sponges without salt, and a McDouble with Bacon and extra pickles. I also asked about honey as my diving sauce. When we got our order, we sat in their dining area, and an rude young man with a McDonald's uniform without a mask told us we couldn't eat in their dining area and there was no single person. Okay, there's half a star. The app said that this branch allows Dine-in and Drive-thru services. We're coming back to the car and the hamburgers of my niece weren't really wrapped up that it looked like someone was just in their happy meal box, their pommes were everywhere in the box. Then my McDouble had a day that No Pickles No Onions said... but my receipt says McDouble with Bacon, extra pickles... my big pommes had tons of salt and my coke had ice cream and no honey dip sauce. I went back to inform her about my order. The nice lady on the counter apologized and told her manager about it, but he didn't seem to have. I was not annoyed just disappointed that the McDouble they gave me was not a new one... they gave me the ones I gave back, they only added onions, extra pickles and 2 very limp looking small pieces of bacon. She gave me a free and fresh medium-sized pommes and a new big coke without ice... and she was very apologetic. I loved that this lady was cool, quiet and collected and the lunch began to come. Okay, that's how this branch got 4 stars back from me for this wonderful lady. Management, take note... whoever is this wonderful employee who served me today, you need to send them to headquarters and put them in a training video or better still let them be the poster girl for your next campaign. She reminded me of how McDonald's employees used to be. She's a hidden jewel, maybe because she's better valued work ethics than most of today's workers. 4 weeks later edit: I came back at the same time as before, the crew was different. Rowing than ever. The orders were not correct. Fries were not completely boiled and tons of salt to increase someone's blood pressure. Her Crunchy Buttermilk McChicken looked like it went on a huge diet... it was so small and soggy that the salad and tiny slices of tomatoes hid it under the crushed bungalow! No sauces or spices again. And hers
