Mcdonald's - Red Springs

This location is horrible. Employees are never friendly and you might as well forget getting your food at the drive thru. You will have to pull forward to wait for your food. Meanwhile, the children running this business are in the back playing around, talking inappropriately and being rude to the customers. Where’s the management? It’s very evident that they don’t have any or it’s just poor management. Customer service doesn’t exist here. Instead of my order being taken smoothly I had an employee trying to correct me over rather or not a drive thru code was a drive thru code or not. Look, I don’t care if it’s the Da Vinci Code, take it so I can get my food and go on with my life.

They give you un-sweet tea when you obviously asked for sweet tea. That just doesn't sit right with me when your being charged $2.

Stood at counter for 5 min. Had to flag down 1 of 4 employees who didn't want to be bothered. Was told to use kiosk n we said using cash. Customer behind use said same thing but used kiosk so she processed his order 1st n had just walked in. Seemed to never come back to us so left.

McDonald's in Red Springs really sucks.The associates in this location are never friendly and most of all your food is not hot and your order is never what you placed.You can't even get napkins to wipe your mouth even if your order was correct.And you have to wait for your order even if it's not busy ? Parking: No issues with parking
