KFC Redbank - Redbank Plains

It was bad enough waiting in the filiale for 25 mins after the order was taken to be received. After we get it home, we only find 4 pieces chicken not the 6 pieces we had ordered with big chips. that. on small serve not big .safe not worth the $19.90 we paid....PLEASE teaches their staff to count to 6 and the various in the size chip boxes

The service or lack leaves much to wish. there were male server who served friends who was unprofessional too busy to talk to them to serve other 3 customers on Thursday night. will not return

I bought a 3 piece chicken food box from the redbank plaza store. the 3 pieces chicken I got were extremely small. like a sperling as a huh, the wing piece was only dried skin on 2 bones now meat. the drumstick was also. very tiny with very little flesh on him. the breastpiece was a fair size, but extremely oily, so when I was in her a bit everything I got was a mouthful of oil no meat. the chips were dried up as if they had been in the hot box all day.

I decided to try the KFC in Redbank Plains for dinner with my wife. I ordered a KFC Stacker burger and she ordered a bacon cheese burger. Unfortunately, the service was incredibly slow. It took 30 minutes to receive our burgers, even though there were five employees behind the counter. The staff seemed disorganized, with some employees chatting and others not working efficiently. The manager was sitting on her laptop instead of helping out. Other customers also experienced long wait times. I would not recommend eating at this KFC location. It seems like they need to improve their service.

I always order a big meal at this restaurant and they consistently forget to include the coleslaw. It always surprises me when I forget to double-check our order.
